The location of this place is excellent, right in the town center, with a 10-minute walk to the civic art gallery, boasting a very comfy bed, a fantastic bathroom.

I appreciated the hotel, it's stylish and the location is amazing close to everything. The breakfast was great and there was a huge variety of food to choose from. Location: the property was just off the restaurant next door.

My room had a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe. - the staff were friendly and helpful. - the hotel's location was convenient, right next to the train station, shops, and restaurants. - I enjoyed visiting Vintage Jazz for drinks, it was close to the venue.

The location was mind-blowing, super close to the train and everything you need. The facilities were jaw-dropping, with excellent cleaning and a smart building. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom convenient. The vibes were positive and the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The breakfast included the best croissant ever! A must-try in Como. The easy check-in and check-out made the experience even better. Free wi-fi, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, jacuzzi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle.

Liked this hotel, had a really nice experience. Everything was wonderful. - We stayed in the suite which was spotless. - Its location was perfect and strategic, close to everything. I had a great time at Palazzo Mazzini in Como. the hotel provided a delightful experience, and everything was just perfect. We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to appreciate the spotless suite we were accommodated in. the strategic location, close to everything, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

Breakfast included with a choice of two cafes. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. The facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and convenient bathroom. The building had a modern and stylish design, perfect for small families. A truly gorgeous place to stay, beautifully decorated with careful consideration for all our needs. Environmentally friendly products were provided. Owners who were fantastic, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us.
Only minor issues: slightly low lighting in the bathroom and a toilet seat that was not secured properly. But overall, these did not hinder our enjoyable stay.
